When we came to Absolute Design we threw down the gauntlet. We wanted to get trading, and we wanted to get trading fast. We were a brand new business and in terms of our appearance all we had was our name. We thought that we had the correct direction for our logo and identity, but through the design process, Absolute Design challenged our thoughts and produced a logo that was a world away from our original idea but far better represented our product and identified with our customers and partners. Then we needed advertising, literature and a website, which they completed within two weeks. The response has been incredibly positive.
