Chesterton Humberts asked us to create a bespoke sales brochure that profi led a completely one-off property on the beautiful West Sussex coastline. Aimed at affl uent purchasers, it is a highly priced imposing property with more than a subtle Japanese accent externally, and a minimalistic modern style throughout the inside. Our designs needed to be less than ordinary to truely refl ect its individual appeal. High quality images were displayed to maximum effect in a brochure that was far larger than the usual size. Printed with special inks and finishes and supplied to our client individual packaged in protective wallets for posting.
