When it comes to retail, World Duty Free Group are amongst the biggest airport retailers globally. We work to provide stimulating and memorable campaigns to inspire, inform and reward the people that make it happen within the business. Projects have included the creation of an inter-company brand specifically for employees that has formed the basis of all printed collateral and digital messaging. This theme was further developed to become a regular employee magazines under the name of Talk. With the launch of the new company Policies it was our job to make employees aware that they were legally bound to read and understand them. Frightening stuff - but we created a campaign that they wanted to be involved with. It gave the desired effect and left a positive feeling throughout the business.
